Almadar for Legal Services — over 25 years of expertise in litigation, company formation, banking, trademarks and investment, and the first firm in Iraq to have overseen a merger of two banks.
The story began in 1998 when attorney Mohammed Adnan Al-Baldawi founded the Almadar Legal Services Office after graduating from the University of Baghdad, and the office went on serving its esteemed clients.
In 2007, attorney Thair Adnan Al-Baldawi joined the practice, expanding it toward corporate services for Iraqi, Arab and foreign institutions. In 2010 the office became Almadar for Legal Services — a limited liability company registered with the Companies Registrar at the Iraqi Ministry of Trade.

Searching and registering national and foreign trademarks, and handling disputes before the commercial divisions of the Court of First Instance.
Running general assemblies and board meetings across their technical and legal aspects, through to ratification by the Companies Registrar.
Proposing investment projects, negotiating with government bodies, and drafting investment contracts in line with applicable law.
Tax settlement for individuals and companies, real estate registration and valuation, and social security filings.
